How difficult is it to get a scholarship for a culinary arts student?

Can you answer Popotitozz R's question about scholarships?:

Has a GPA of 3.5, has several years of work experience (over 10), Has been attending Le Cordon Bleu since February 2008. It's an 18 month culinary arts program. Is 28 years old, male.
How difficult, realistically, is it going to be to get awarded a scholarship?
The person also works 45 hours a week in the field, on top of school.

You seem to have the pedigree to get the scholarship. The only thing I can see that might be a red flag is your GPA. It may need to be a LITTLE bit higher.

Nonetheless, there are tons of sites online that allow you to see if you'll be qualified. All you have to do is fill out their forms. I'm including a link to one at the bottom specifically for Culinary Arts. Fill out the form and you'll figure out if you can get it.
