Are scholarships/grants available to those who want to transfer to a university from a community college?

Can you answer ana's question about scholarships?:

Say you start off at a community college, knock out your general ed and did very well with a gpa of about 3.6-4.0? Is it possible to transfer to a university and have it all paid for? Or are any scholarships available to people who do extremely well in a CC, kinda like the honor students at highschools?
