Where can I find scholarships to universities?
Can you answer shirt's question about scholarships?:
My wife is from Europe and excels in academics. She is in a local college now (in calif) and she is looking to get into a university. How do we go about finding her scholarships?
Also, should she apply for a scholarship first, then apply for the university, or the other way around? Thanks!

she should apply for scholarship first becaus esome of it may pay the university's tuition for you. but all depends on your GPA and other qualifications.
