What is the best place to search for scholarships without being charged to file for an application?

Can you answer Mickey M's question about scholarships?:

I am attending university and receive g.i. bill but will soon run out. I want to apply for scholarships eventhough my grades are not that great. Is there a place I can look under without having to pay any money? I am hispanic and I heard that there are scholarships out there for people of different races but I don't know where to look. Thanks in advance.

There are many scholarship opportunities out there that you may be eligible for. My advice to you is to apply for more than one scholarship, and use more than one scholarship search. More information can be found at my source. Good Luck. I went to college for free, so can you.
