What is the HOPE scholarship?

Answered By Sidney Trellis

HOPE is a short term for Hope Outstanding Pupils Educationally. It is based in Georgia and is a unique educational program that rewards students with financial assistance so that a student can graduate to college. It can be given to any students from Georgia whether it is in private or public colleges and universities.

It began in operation on 1993 and more than 3 billion funds are released and awarded to 900,000 students in Georgia’s schools, colleges, universities and technical colleges. Until today, Hope is still operating and continuously helping students who are in bad need of financial assistance.
